All-round production worker
Production employee
As a production worker, you are responsible for clearing and sorting metal sheets by order. You work together with a team of experienced professionals to ensure that all orders are processed on time and according to the correct procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Clearing metal sheets after processing
- Sorting metal sheets by order
- Working accurately to minimize errors
- Collaborating with colleagues to maintain an efficient production flow
- Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Physically able to perform heavy-duty work
- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Team player with strong communication skills. Min. Level 4
- Willingness to learn and acquire new skills
- Experience in the metal industry is a plus, but not required
- Salary: €2,400.00 – €2,800.00 per month, depending on experience (based on full-time employment)
- Excellent employment conditions in accordance with the Metal & Technology Collective Labour Agreement (CAO Metaal & Techniek)
- 25 vacation days and 13 additional (ADV) days based on full-time employment
