Inbound Controller – Warehouse (Non-Food)
Our client operates a warehouse for non-food articles (temperature approx. 14°C).
As an Inbound Controller, you will be responsible for:
- Checking and comparing containers with planning lists
- Counting container contents and verifying them against shipping documents
- Reporting discrepancies to the Team Leader
- Checking unloaded containers in WHS
- Ensuring all items are correctly scanned to their locations (“blue lines”)
- Ensuring compliance with inbound department procedures
- Providing unloading teams with timely information about containers
- Preparing and delivering daily reports to the Team Leader and Manager
- Reporting issues promptly (such as late containers, discrepancies, or process irregularities)
- Supporting the Team Leader in managing the inbound department during their absence
For this role, we expect you to have:
- Accuracy and speed in processing data in WHS
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to adapt to planning changes
- Strong organizational skills and ability to create accurate reports
- Motivation to develop organizational and leadership skills
- Communicative English (minimum B1 level)
Weekly hours: 40–45
Work on Saturdays possible, depending on weekly planning
Salary: from €14.69 gross per hour (according to scale)
