We are looking for an orderpicker employee at LIDL in Weert.
LIDL distribution centre is looking for an orderpicker who will work from Monday to Saturday. 36 – 40 hours a week.
all year long, salary scale depending on age.
Minimum height: 1.78m
You start at 17:00 with work until your work is finished, this can be at 1 or 2 in the night. Of course you get allowance for the hours in the evening / Night.
Monday till Friday 06:00 – 20:00 is 100 %
Monday till Friday 20:00 – 22:00 is 125 %
Monday till Friday 22:00 – 06:00 is 150 %
Saturday 06:00 – 18:00 is 130 %
Saturday 18:00 – 06:00 is 150 %
Sunday 150 %
Hourly wage: 21 + € 15.57
Salary includes an ADV allowance on contract: € 14.40 + € 1.17 ADV allowance . Exclusive Shift allowance.

The temperature in the warehouse is 10 degrees.
The main tasks are:
• Order picking using an electric pallet truck
• Order picking with a voice system
• Checking orders for correctness on, among other things, numbers and defects
• Preparing orders for delivery, stacking them and wrapping the pallet in plastic
Demands: * Good English is very important (level 4) * A driving licence and willing to take colleagues to work * Willing to drive with bike to work about 15 / 20 minutes * Flexible attitude * Must be able to deal with changes in work activities. * Willing to work overtime and weekends if necesary. *Works accurately and carefully * Makes high demands on the delivered work * Reliable * Mature and sociable * Responsibility with regard to the work to be performed *Can work independently but also has no problem working in a small team. * Physical strong * Want to stay for longer periode, all year round NO HOLIDAY AT EASTERN and CHRISTMAS
