AB Werkt processes the following special and/or sensitive personal data:
Data of individuals under 16 years of age
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors under the age of 16, unless they have permission from a parent or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We encourage parents to be involved in their children’s online activities to prevent data from being collected without parental consent. Clients/Members
If you are a client or member of AB Werkt, we need your data to maintain a business relationship, make use of our services, and establish, maintain and execute agreements between AB Werkt and the client/member. Also to provide information or make offers about our services.

AB Werkt will not retain your personal data longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.

AB Werkt only provides your data to third parties if necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or to comply with a legal obligation.
Accessing, adjusting or deleting data
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can do this yourself via the personal settings of your account. If you are unable to do so, or have other questions/comments about data processing, send a specific request to info@ab-werkt.nl. To ensure that the request for access is made by you, we ask you to include a copy of your ID with the request. Please black out your photo, MRZ (machine-readable zone), passport number, and citizen service number (BSN) in this copy. This is to protect your privacy.
